Heat Stroke Vs Sun stroke

Why does heatstroke Cause death?

From Kashmir to Kanya kumara ---Delhi to Andhra Pradesh... Hundreds of people are dying of heat stroke.

We all roam in the sun, then why do some people die suddenly due to going in the sun?

Our body temperature is always 37 ° C, at this temperature only all the organs of our body are able to function properly.

The body keeps the temperature maintained at 37 ° C by exhaling water in the form of sweat; it is very important and necessary to keep drinking water even when persistent sweat comes out.

Water also performs a lot of functions in the body, due to which there is a lack of water in the body; the body avoids draining water in the form of sweat. (Stops)

When the outside temperature exceeds 45 ° degree and the cooling system of the body comes to a halt. Then the body temperature starts to reach above 37 ° degree.

When the temperature of the body reaches 42 ° C, the blood starts heating up and the protein present in the blood starts to cook (the egg cooks in boiling water, by the way!).

Muscles start to tighten while breathing. Blood decreases in the body due to reduced water, blood pressure decreases, blood supply to vital organs (especially the brain) stops.

The person goes into a coma and every part of his body stops working in a few moments, and he dies.

In order to avoid such a disaster in the summer, one should keep drinking a little water continuously, and attention should be paid to how the temperature of our body will be maintained at 37 ° maintenance.
